Omni Forge SIS is a Student Information System used by school districts. Districts own the data they enter; this product processes it on their behalf as a data processor. Categories include student rosters, attendance, grades, health visit records, communications, and authentication credentials.
Districts are FERPA-covered education records holders. The product is configured to keep all data within district tenant boundaries; no cross-tenant queries are permitted. Parents and eligible students may request access, correction, or deletion through their district per FERPA §99.
New Jersey districts are subject to additional state requirements (NJSMART data submissions, HIB reporting). Data submitted to state systems is logged in the district's audit log.
